Dinner at Restaurant Boulevard Social is a journey to Mediterranean countries, many of which are traditional wine countries. The production of wine is believed to have begun in the Mediterranean region and the Middle East thousands of years ago. Wine played a major role in ancient Greek bacchanalia as well as on the battlefields of the Roman Empire. Today, Mediterranean countries and the Middle East are known for their exquisite wines and Boulevard Social’s wine list includes a selection of rare Greek and Lebanese wines that few have tasted before. The heart of the wine list is the classic approach of combining wine and food – local food and wine go together well.

The wine list includes an excellent selection of sparkling wines and champagnes, small quality producers and multinational brands that have made the Champagne region so famous. Our white wines are mainly dry with a mineral note, grown in hot regions. The red wines offer southern toasted flavors, fruitiness and strong tannins. Many of our wines contain different grape varieties in order to find the perfect balance and harmony. Rosé wines may not always get enough attention when combining wine with food, but the amazing organic rosés from Provence may change your mind.

Our wine list focuses on wines from southern France, Italy and Portugal. However, we haven’t forgotten the New World either. Dean Hewitson wines from South Australia and the Californian Dominus wine brand have definitely earned their place on the list.
Cheers! We look forward to seeing you at Boulevard Social, enjoying the relaxed atmosphere and a glass of wine.
